Good evening sir, I have seen cantilever beam extended simply from one column for staircase flight load without supporting on two columns, at one site, (photo enclosed), I am having doubt, is it right or wrong, please explain

Where did you see this ? Where is the project? Any one can provide comments when there are enough information including spans.
From the looks of it, the cantilever looks large and is a free cantilever from the column. I would comment more if the entire scheme is made available.
