Good evening sir, can you guide me, which is better after ETABS design, for structural drgs, manual autocad is taking too longer time, shall go to RCDC or REVIT structures to fulfill my purpose

Good evening sir, I have increased the plinth beam sections, since got more reinforcement than 1st & second floors, after design due to long spans, I have seen reinforcement reduction in plinth beams and also observed reduction in 1st & 2nd floor also, how it has reduced when no connection by on icreasing d section of plinth beam, I didnt change other parameters. also doubt, is there any reduction of moments in plinth, due to earth support below it.
