In Atkins he was a team lead and a group engineer managing multi cultural teams and multi disciplinary projects like Gautrain Metro.

After years of experience working with these international firms,he founded civilera.com as a training division of his consulting practice.

Premjit also founded www.design-dimension.com which is a structural consulting firm based at Bangalore, India and taking up projects in Bangalore,Kochi & many parts of India.

He is leading these firms as principal consultant & trainer, helping clients and students on various technical challenges.
